We will send you PDF e-voucher instantly after your order (to the e-mail address you used during checkout). It might take a couple of minutes to arrive in your inbox and you might need to check your junk/spam folders.
Physical gift vouchers can be sent in a gift envelope or premium gift boxes
You can add premium gift boxes to your voucher. In that case, we will print the voucher, carefully package it and deliver it to the shipping address you selected during checkout.
Standard free delivery: 1-2 business days in the UAE
Express delivery: 24 hrs in Dubai
At the moment, we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
