Absolutely! You can extend your voucher or gift card for AED 50 per month for one month. It’s easy:

• Enter your voucher details

• Click “Extend Validity” and follow the instructions.

Q: Can I use my voucher or gift card after it expires?

Yes, but only after it’s reactivated. Expired vouchers and gift cards cannot be used unless you complete a reactivation process. A reactivation fee of AED 150 applies to cover administrative costs. Once reactivated, you’ll have 24 hours to make your booking. Please note that each voucher or gift card can only be reactivated once. Q: Are there any exceptions to these rules?

Unfortunately, no. Due to system limitations and UAE consumer protection and tax laws, we’re unable to make exceptions. We strongly recommend using or extending your voucher or gift card before it expires to avoid reactivation fees.
