2. Select Your Preferred Experience Voucher:
Within the chosen category, browse individual experiences and find the one that best suits your recipient's interests.
Pay attention to details like experience duration, location, and inclusions.

3. Personalize and Purchase:
Click on your chosen voucher to access its details page.
Here, you can personalize the voucher by: 
Selecting the voucher type: 
E-Voucher: Sent instantly via email, ideal for last-minute gifts.
Physical delivery (within UAE only): Choose between a Gift Envelope, Premium Gift Box, or VIP Treasure Box
Choosing a variant.
Adding a heartfelt message for the recipient.

We accept major credit and debit cards from Visa and Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. This includes cards issued in the UAE and internationally.

Please note that American Express cards are not accepted by our payment provider. Thank you for your understanding.

If your payment fails or you can't receive the OTP code, try these steps:

1. Ensure you have a strong and stable internet connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if needed.

3. Verify that your card has sufficient funds and hasn't reached any spending limits. 
4. Contact your bank to ensure they haven't blocked any online transactions.

What happens if the total order amount is less than the Gift Card value?

If your purchase total is less than the Gift Card value, the unused amount will be credited to your account as Loyalty Points to be used for future orders.

I didn’t receive my Gift Voucher or my Gift Card. How can it get it?

All Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards are automatically sent to the email used during the order. Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

For both Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards (monetary value cards): 
You will receive a PDF gift voucher in a few minutes after your order. Look for an email with the subject "Your gift voucher is now ready".

If you have not received your gift voucher within 5 minutes of placing your order, please log in to your Ithara.ae account -with the same email used when placing your order- and check your voucher here: https://www.ithara.ae/account/myvouchers

Yes, absolutely.

In fact, we help many customers buy a gift for their loved ones or friends living in the UAE.  You can still select between an e-voucher or a physical gift box, which we deliver on your behalf in the UAE.

Experience gift vouchers from Ithara.ae (delivered by email) are great for overseas customers who want a quick, last-minute present.

We accept usual foreign payment methods, just AmEx cards are not supported at the moment.

How can I access my voucher if I lost the email?

Simply log in using the email address you used when placing the order. Even if you did not create an account at checkout, your vouchers will still be linked to your email.
