Redeeming your Gift Voucher is simple! 
Here's how: 
1. Visit enjoy.Ithara.ae, enter your voucher number and PIN. (Don't have a PIN? Then you probably have a gift card.)

2. Select your preferred time and date (subject to availability - most experiences show live availability). We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance. Same-day bookings are not possible.

3. We'll contact you on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours to confirm your booking.

After booking, you'll receive all the details you need (location, timings). Then, just enjoy your chosen experience!

Remember, gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be exchanged for any other experience of equal or lower value. If you choose a higher-priced experience, you'll need to pay the difference.

How do I redeem my Monetary Gift Card on Ithara.ae?

Redeeming your Monetary Gift Card is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Visit enjoy.Ithara.ae, enter your voucher number and PIN. (Don't have a PIN? Choose option “Card Code only (no PIN).”
2. Click on “ Use Gift Card”
3. Select an experience for Exchange
Browse available experiences and use filters or search options to find desired items. Then select the experience you wish to exchange the gift card for
4. Confirm the Exchange
Enter your email to receive Loyalty Points for any remaining balance after the exchange. (If the price of experience is higher, you will need to pay the difference)
Confirm the exchange to finalize the transaction.
5. Book the Experience
Select your preferred time and date (subject to availability - most experiences show live availability). We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance. Same-day bookings are not possible.

Q: Can I extend the validity of my voucher before it expires?
Absolutely! You can! We offer flexible options to extend your voucher's validity depending on what suits you best. You can choose from:
1-month extension for AED 50
3-month extension for AED 100
6-month extension for AED 200

Click “Extend Validity” and follow the steps

This way, you don’t have to worry about your voucher expiring before you're ready to use it.

Q: Can I use my voucher after it expires?
Yes, but only after it’s reactivated. Expired vouchers cannot be used unless you complete a reactivation process. A reactivation fee of AED 150 applies to cover administrative costs. Once reactivated, your voucher expiry date will be updated to 30 days from the date of reactivation payment.

Q: Are there any exceptions to these rules?
Unfortunately, no. Due to system limitations and UAE consumer protection and tax laws, we’re unable to make exceptions. We strongly recommend using or extending your voucher before it expires to avoid reactivation fees.

Is there a way to track the balance of my Gift Card?

Accepted Answer

Once you exchange your Gift Card for an experience at enjoy.Ithara.ae, any remaining balance will be converted into Loyalty Points in your account for future use if the selected experience costs less than the Gift Card value.

You can check your Loyalty Points balance by logging into your account at our website https://www.ithara.ae/club and navigating to your account dashboard.

How to book hotel stay with my staycation voucher?

Redeem your Ithara.ae voucher at enjoy.ithara.ae. After validating your voucher, you will receive link and unique secret code you can use for booking your hotel stay 
If this is your first time, click Sign Up at the top and enter your details. In the Access Code field during registration, insert: ithara90.
(For future logins, use your registered email and chosen password.)
Go back to search for your hotel and dates. Enter secret voucher code you received from our team: (this is your secret code that will allow you to book the room) in the Enter Discount Voucher field and click Apply.
Search for your preferred city and dates. Select your hotel and room, complete your booking, and receive your confirmation.

Please note: Your Ithara.ae voucher is considered redeemed at the moment you receive your unique secret code. Hotel bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed.

Question 6

What if the experience I was gifted with isn’t at Ithara.ae anymore or is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

Exchange: you can exchange it for an alternative experience from our website at the same or a lower price (as long as your voucher is still valid). In case you wish to exchange your voucher for an experience with a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.
Refund: If you don't want to choose an alternative experience, we can offer a refund of the original payment amount, excluding packaging and delivery charges. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method.
