Redeeming your Gift Voucher is simple!

Here's how:

1. Visit enjoy.Ithara.ae, enter your voucher number and PIN. (Don't have a PIN? Then you probably have a gift card.)

2. Select your preferred time and date (subject to availability - most experiences show live availability). We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance. Same-day bookings are not possible.

3. We'll contact you on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours to confirm your booking.

After booking, you'll receive all the details you need (location, timings). Then, just enjoy your chosen experience!

Remember, gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be exchanged for any other experience of equal or lower value. If you choose a higher-priced experience, you'll need to pay the difference.

Redeeming your Monetary Gift Card is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Visit Ithara.ae and find the experience you want.

2. Proceed to checkout.

3. During payment, select Redeem a Gift Card and enter your unique Gift Card Code. The value will be deducted from your total. If the gift card covers the full amount, no payment is needed. If there's a balance left, you can pay using other payment methods available.

Remember, your gift card is valid for 12 months and can be used for multiple purchases.

Q: Can I extend the validity of my voucher before it expires?

Absolutely! You can extend your voucher for AED 50 per month for another month of validity. It’s easy:

• Go to enjoy.ithara.ae

• Enter your voucher details

• Click “Extend Validity” and follow the instructions.

Q: Can I use my voucher after it expires?

Yes, but only after it’s reactivated. Expired vouchers cannot be used unless you complete a reactivation process. A reactivation fee of AED 150 applies to cover administrative costs. Once reactivated, you’ll have 24 hours to make your booking. Please note that each voucher can only be reactivated once. To reactivate your voucher, please contact us on WhatsApp and our team will assist you.

Q: Are there any exceptions to these rules?

Unfortunately, no. Due to system limitations and UAE consumer protection and tax laws, we’re unable to make exceptions. We strongly recommend using or extending your voucher before it expires to avoid reactivation fees.

The balance can be viewed by adding a product to your cart and entering the gift card code at checkout. Your remaining balance will be shown. Alternatively, contact the team on WhatsApp +971 58 578 GIFT (4438) or email gifts@ithara.ae, and they will check the balance for you.

1. Redeem your Ithara.ae voucher at enjoy.ithara.ae. After validating your voucher, you will receive link and unique secret code you can use for booking your hotel stay

2. If this is your first time, click Sign Up at the top and enter your details. In the Access Code field during registration, insert: ithara90. (For future logins, use your registered email and chosen password.)

3. Go back to search for your hotel and dates. Enter secret voucher code you received from our team: (this is your secret code that will allow you to book the room) in the Enter Discount Voucher field and click Apply.

4. Search for your preferred city and dates. Select your hotel and room, complete your booking, and receive your confirmation.
   

Please note: Your Ithara.ae voucher is considered redeemed at the moment you receive your unique secret code. Hotel bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed.

• Exchange: you can exchange it for an alternative experience from our website at the same or a lower price (as long as your voucher is still valid). In case you wish to exchange your voucher for an experience with a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.

• Refund: If you don't want to choose an alternative experience, we can offer a refund of the original payment amount, excluding packaging and delivery charges. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method.
