We are now looking for a Partner Project Manager who wants to build something meaningful, think creatively, and see their ideas actually happen. This is a role for someone who loves both imagination and execution. If you have ever felt your brilliant concepts get lost in the layers of corporate approvals, you will feel right at home here.

What You Will Do

You will lead high-impact, visible projects that directly improve the success of our partners. Your work will be creative, strategic, operational and always meaningful.

1. Create and launch our first Partner Program

You will be the driving force behind an initiative that will affect the UAE experience industry.

• Develop the concept, categories, criteria, branding and storytelling

• Lead execution end to end

• Turn a blank canvas into a flagship annual event that partners look forward to

2. Organize our Annual Partner Event

• Design an in-person event that brings our diverse partners together

• Deliver a gathering that inspires, educates and provides real value

• Manage event logistics, partner communication, planning timelines and delivery

 

You will get to meet partners ranging from family-owned craft studios to luxury resorts and create moments that matter to their business.

3. Lead ongoing initiatives that help our partners grow

• Develop creative solutions that help partners sell more through Ithara.ae

• Identify opportunities to improve their visibility and performance

• Support onboarding of new partners and ensure a smooth setup

• Support partners with onboarding to new Partner portal (training, ad-hoc support, etc.) and shape the portal through actionable feedback

• Manage operational improvements and relationship building with existing partners

 

Every idea you propose has space to be tested, optimized and rolled out.
