We'll contact you on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours to confirm your booking. After booking, you'll receive all the details you need (location, timings). Then, just enjoy your chosen experience! Remember, gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be exchanged for any other experience of equal or lower value. If you choose a higher-priced experience, you'll need to pay the difference.

Then select the experience you wish to exchange the gift card for 4. Confirm the Exchange • Enter your email to receive Loyalty Points for any remaining balance after the exchange. (If the price of experience is higher, you will need to pay the difference) • Confirm the exchange to finalize the transaction. 5. Q: Can I extend the validity of my voucher before it expires? Absolutely! You can! We offer flexible options to extend your voucher's validity depending on what suits you best. You can choose from: • 1-month extension for AED 50 • 3-month extension for AED 100 • 6-month extension for AED 200 It’s easy to extend your voucher's validity : • Go to enjoy.ithara.ae(http://enjoy.ithara.ae) • Enter your voucher details • Click “Extend Validity” and follow the steps This way, you don’t have to worry about your voucher expiring before you're ready to use it. Q: Can I use my voucher after it expires? Yes, but only after it’s reactivated. Expired vouchers cannot be used unless you complete a reactivation process. A reactivation fee of AED 150 applies to cover administrative costs. Once reactivated, your voucher expiry date will be updated to 30 days from the date of reactivation payment. Unfortunately, no. Due to system limitations and UAE consumer protection and tax laws, we’re unable to make exceptions. We strongly recommend using or extending your voucher before it expires to avoid reactivation fees.

Once you exchange your Gift Card for an experience at enjoy.Ithara.ae,(enjoy.Ithara.ae) any remaining balance will be converted into Loyalty Points in your account for future use if the selected experience costs less than the Gift Card value. If this is your first time, click Sign Up at the top and enter your details. In the Access Code field during registration, insert: ithara90. (For future logins, use your registered email and chosen password.) 3. Go back to search for your hotel and dates. Enter secret voucher code you received from our team: (this is your secret code that will allow you to book the room) in the Enter Discount Voucher field and click Apply. 4. Search for your preferred city and dates. Hotel bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed.

• Exchange: you can exchange it for an alternative experience from our website at the same or a lower price (as long as your voucher is still valid).
