We are on the mission to help others explore the most exciting experiences in the UAE and we are looking for a customer-centric, communicative self-starter who will help us both serve our customers and grow our base of partners. You will become part of a small team where you’ll directly communicate with customers and business partners. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is looking for a flexible work from home!

Job responsibilities

• Reach out to potential business partners via phone and e-mail.

• Communicate and negotiate terms with new business partners.

• List new experiences agreed with the business partner and onboard them to our platform.

• Be the point of contact for our customers. Communicate via e-mail, phone, and WhatsApp to make sure we deliver the best customer experience possible.

• Handle physical orders. Prepare gift packages whenever we receive an order and hand them over to couriers who deliver them to our customers.

• Assist customers with redeeming their vouchers.

• Communicate and book experiences with our business partners.

The ideal candidate is:

• Great communicator with a customer-first and sales mindset.

• Self-starter who can own her or his area and always looks for ways to improve.

• Responsible professional who can deal directly with customer data.

• A creative mind who enjoys creating gift packages.

• A proactive communicator who doesn’t have a problem making 15+ calls a day to potential partners and onboarding them to our platform.

• Technically savvy to be able to use basic tools we are using.

• Flexible throughout the working day & ready to assist our customers and business partners, and dispatch orders when needed.

Personality must-haves

• Hungry to learn - this position is for someone who wants to learn and practice. You should be hungry to learn about partners and customers and will always think how to serve them better. You will ask for feedback because you know that’s the only way to improve.

• Result oriented - this is not to-do-list checker job. You should be creative and results oriented to always keep looking for the best way to deliver the outcomes we’re looking for.
