Use the Search Bar:If you have a specific idea in mind, utilize the search bar at the top of the page. Some activities have age, health, height, or weight restrictions. These rules are listed in the ‘What should I know?’ section on each experience page. The team will also reconfirm restrictions when you book. All experiences are run under the complete Terms and Conditions of the service provider, available upon request. Q: Can I send the voucher to the recipient’s email or WhatsApp?
Yes, you can. During checkout, you can select the Send-to-Recipient option for the E-Voucher Delivery only. You can then:
Choose Email or WhatsApp delivery
Send the voucher immediately or schedule it for later
Enter the recipient’s contact details
Complete payment
After payment, you will see a confirmation message with the delivery details on the Thank You page.
Q: Can I schedule the voucher for a future date?
Yes. You can schedule the E-voucher delivery for a future date and time (UAE time), making it perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Eid, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or other special occasions.
Q: What time zone is used for scheduled deliveries?
All scheduled deliveries use UAE time (GMT+4). The buyer selects and sees the delivery time in the UAE local time.
Q: Will the recipient know who sent the gift?
No. The buyer’s identity is not shared with the recipient.
Q: How will the recipient receive the voucher?
Recipients receive the voucher based on the selected delivery method:
Email: A branded Ithara.ae email with a “Redeem Your Experience” button linking to the voucher PDF, or
WhatsApp: A WhatsApp message from Ithara.ae with the experience name and a direct voucher link
Q: Can I send the same order to multiple recipients?
No. Each order can only be sent to one recipient. If you want to send vouchers to multiple people, you will need to place separate orders.
Q: Can I change the recipient’s details after placing the order?
Recipient details cannot be edited directly after checkout. If there is a mistake in the email address or WhatsApp number, please contact the Customer Happiness Team on WhatsApp +971 58 578 GIFT (4438)
Q: What format should I use for WhatsApp numbers?
WhatsApp numbers must be entered in international format, for example:+971xx xxx xxxx
The number must also be registered on WhatsApp.
Q: What happens if the WhatsApp number is invalid?
If the WhatsApp number is invalid or not registered on WhatsApp, the delivery via WhatsApp will fail. In this case, the buyer will also receive a copy of the voucher by email, so they can easily forward it to the recipient themselves.
Q: Will I receive confirmation after the voucher is sent?
Yes.
Immediate deliveries are confirmed on the Thank You page after payment
Scheduled deliveries, you will receive a confirmation email once the voucher has been successfully sent
Q: Is there an extra charge for Send-to-Recipient?
No. Send-to-Recipient is free of charge for eligible e-voucher orders.

Q: Can I extend the validity of my voucher or gift card before it expires?Absolutely! You can! We offer flexible options to extend your voucher's validity depending on what suits you best. You can choose from:1-month extension for AED 503-month extension for AED 1006-month extension for AED 200It’s easy to extend your voucher's validity :Go to enjoy.ithara.aeEnter your voucher detailsClick “Extend Validity” and follow the stepsThis way, you don’t have to worry about your voucher expiring before you're ready to use it.Q: Can I use my voucher or gift card after it expires?Yes, but only after it’s reactivated. Expired vouchers cannot be used unless you complete a reactivation process. A reactivation fee of AED 150 applies to cover administrative costs. Once reactivated, your voucher expiry date will be updated to 30 days from the date of reactivation payment.To reactivate your voucher:Go to enjoy.ithara.aeEnter your voucher detailsClick "Reactivate My Voucher" and follow the stepsQ: Are there any exceptions to these rules?Unfortunately, no. Due to system limitations and UAE consumer protection and tax laws, we’re unable to make exceptions. The experiences offered on Ithara.ae come from a diverse network of partner service providers.We curate and select reputable and reliable partners across various categories.We also test the experience they provide to make sure that they match our values and to ensure you have an unforgettable experience.
